the Season…
As Thanksgiving and Christmas quickly approach,
our thoughts turn to others. The holidays are a time of generosity,
a time of giving to the ones you love. We hope you will remember
Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation (WRR) this time of year
when you shop for your friends and family.
You can do two good deeds at once by shopping
at the WRR
Store. We have a wide selection of merchandise including
children's items, home and garden décor, books, wildlife-themed
artwork, and apparel. All proceeds from the sale of merchandise
benefit the animals, and you will have doubled your pleasure
knowing that not only have you given someone a wonderful gift,
but you have also given a gift to the animals at WRR.
If you prefer to forgo the wrapping paper
and bows for a more direct charitable contribution, consider
making a gift of a WRR
Membership or making a donation
in honor of someone you care about.
Animal
sponsorships also make wonderful gifts for the holidays.
All sponsorship packets come with a certificate, an 8x10 photo
of the animal you have chosen, and that individual's personal
background story and natural history. We can send the gift
packet directly to the gift recipient or to you to place under
your tree.
