WRR Sanctuary News

March 2009

We have many exciting things ahead for Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation (WRR) in the coming weeks. First, it is nearly baby season and that means that the WRR Rehabilitation Clinic will soon fill with tiny, wild babies who have lost their mothers and are now in need of our help. While that means a lot of hard work for the staff, this is a fundamental part of our mission and what we are happy to do whenever the animals need us.

Our most important and most exciting fundraiser of the year, Win a Wild Ride to Save Wildlife, is just 4 weeks away and it is going to be our best gala event ever. The tickets are nearly sold out, so if you want your chance to win a brand new Mercedes-Benz, you have to act fast!

Finally, we will be hosting a small special event, a Baby Shower & Supply Drive, here at the sanctuary on May 9. As always, the party is for members only and will benefit all of the babies in our clinic and nursery. Watch your e-news for more details. We hope to see you at both of these enjoyable events.

Best wishes from WRR, and happy reading!
