Become a Wildlife Sustainer

Success at Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation’s mission is reliant on the support of those who believe our work is essential. WRR Sustainers are a special group of supporters who take on a unique role in contributing monthly to our efforts, underwriting the lifesaving work we do year-round. Last year this translated to over $175,000 in aid to wildlife in need, all thanks to our current Sustainers. This overwhelming commitment is deeply appreciated and allowed Wildlife Rescue to maintain the highest standards of care, which led to the eventual release of thousands of animals in 2023.

As the animals we assist now face greater adversity in the form of encroaching urbanization and ecological upheaval we ask you to consider joining us as Wildlife Sustainers. The advantage of this is that a monthly gift can be made with little or no effort on your part. Each month your credit card will be automatically charged for your designated gift. But you remain in control, meaning you can change or cancel your monthly commitment anytime you choose. Over time your gifts add up, meaning your contribution is felt through every challenging season. We want to convey the benefits that add up over the course of a year when Sustainers come together in this way.

Daily your contributions will aid in:
• Hourly feedings of fawns, opossums, and other orphaned, displaced, and injured wild babies.
• Rehabilitation and medical treatment for animals who have suffered from proximity to people. Close proximity too often results in raptors caught in fishing lines, vehicles colliding with wildlife and small animals like baby squirrels, cottontail and jack rabbits caught by dogs and cats.
• Sanctuary for primates, big cats, and other victims of the wildlife “pet“ trade, animal testing, or life-altering trauma. WRR is home to over 600 permanent resident native and non-native wild animals and abused farmed animals who live in large, natural settings and are given the highest quality of life.
